Physical Trainer

The prestigious 3D-PT is now in its 4th year and is the leading education of its type in Europe. This six-month course is the first of three mentorships, which provides the Physiotherapist, Personal Trainer or Doctor with the skills to think, train or treat functionally.

The unique learning experience is designed to provide students with a profound understanding of movement and how to apply the understanding of movement  to enhance the lives of those they treat and train.

Core elements;

- Movement Science

- Movement Assessment

- 3D Program Design

- Applying biomechanical knowledge to program design

- Full muscle imbalance testing
